ROBERT HANSEN
Chairman & CEO
Mr. Hansen is a co-founder, and the Chairman and CEO, of Hansen Engine. Prior to joining the Company full-time on January 1, 1983, Mr. Hansen was from 1972-1982 an investment analyst for the Board of Pensions of the Lutheran Church in America (LCA), a self-insured employee benefit plan. He was previously employed as a securities broker in Washington, DC during 1968–1972, and prior thereto by the US Central Intelligence Agency. He is a co-founder of Electromed, Inc., for which he served as Chairman/CEO for 20 years (1992-2012). Mr. Hansen now devotes full-time service to Hansen Engine. He holds a BA Degree from Dana College (1964), an MA Degree from the University of Cincinnati in US History (1966), an MDiv Degree from Luther Theological Seminary (1976), and completed additional graduate studies in US Economic History and Foreign Policy at the University of Cincinnati. He is the brother of Craig Hansen.
TONY ALBRIGHT
Director and President
Anthony Albright is an accomplished investment professional with more than 25 years of serving both personal and corporate clients. In 2012, he was elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives where he serves on committees affecting commerce, healthcare and workforce development. Mr. Albright is actively engaged in numerous civic and charitable endeavors, which include the development of leadership development programs for young adults in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math.
CRAIG HANSEN
Director and Senior Vice President, Research & Development
Mr. Hansen is a co-founder and Senior Vice President Research and Development for Hansen Engine. He is a graduate of Western Iowa Technical School (1969) and has completed additional studies in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University. He was previously employed as an engineering associate by Western Electric Co. (1969–1974). Mr. Hansen has been granted over 25 patents from the US Patent Office and foreign patent offices relating to engine technology and air/gas compression and has numerous additional patents pending in the US and foreign countries. He is the brother of Robert Hansen.
PAUL CROSS
Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Cross joined the company in December 1981. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering (1980) with a background in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mechanical design. Mr. Cross is a co-inventor in certain of the Company's issued and pending patents. Prior to joining Hansen Engine, Mr. Cross served as project engineer/project manager for Central Engineering Company, Minneapolis, MN, providing turn-key design, fabrication, and installation of jet engine and military tank transmission test-cell equipment. Mr. Cross's background also includes training and experience in the machinist/tool and die trades. Mr. Cross holds membership in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).

GORDON HEIDACKER
Director & Executive Advisor
Mr. Heidacker is a managing director and automotive sector group head for Great American Group LLC. He leads all activities and opportunities offered by his company in the automotive, aftermarket, remanufacturing, and heavy truck business areas. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan as well as a BFA from that same university. Over the last 40 years, he has gained experience and provided leadership within the automotive sector ranging from automotive design, development, assembly operations to Boardroom participation and assignments. From 2001–2005 Mr. Heidacker served as the chief of corporate strategy reporting to the Board of Daimler Chrysler. In this role, he led the strategic planning process for Daimler Chrysler for Powertrain consolidation, all R & D strategy, electrical systems long-term strategy, global procurement processes, and small car vehicle strategy. He possesses particular experience in all aspects of engine development including production transition and application in both the OEM and aftermarket realm. His current commitments include ownership interest in an advanced engine development and performance company located in his home city of Pontiac, Michigan. In addition to his commitments as a new Hansen director, Gordon has established an Executive Advisor relationship with Hansen Engine Corporation management. His assignment is to assist in the development of strategic relationships for Hansen which can open and accelerate new paths to commercialization of the Hansen Variable Displacement Supercharger.® (Member since January 2019)
THOMAS HAGEDORN
Director
Mr. Hagedorn is founder and owner of The Centurion Companies located in Alexandria, Virginia. Centurion Technologies identifies, supports, and markets new technologies relating to energy efficiency and conservation. Centurion Realty Ltd. is directed at residential and commercial real estate sales and development projects. Centurion Financial, Ltd. provides mortgage financing on residential homes, residential development projects, and commercial real estate. Mr. Hagedorn served in the Minnesota State Legislature (1971–1975) and four terms as a US Congressman from Minnesota (1975–1983).
ALLAN MURRAY
Director
Dr. Murray provided scientific and executive management for Ford Motor Company for over 30 years. He served as Ford Motor Company's Technology Director for the Partnership for a New Generation of Vehicles (PNGV), a government-industry initiative established to develop affordable, fuel-efficient vehicles. In this position, he led government-industry teams researching a wide range of technologies, including advanced vehicle construction, power trains, fuel cells, batteries, and power electronics. Since his retirement in 2002 he has provided consulting through his firm, ECOPLEXUS Inc. Mr. Murray is also a principal of Allied Composite Technologies LLC, a technology integration company located in the Detroit area. Dr. Murray earned an MBA from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan; a PhD and MS in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. He has also taken numerous continuing professional development courses, including Strategic Planning, Technology Licensing, and Product Development Methodologies.
